Top 5 Books and Reference Apps on Android in Malta Q3 2023

In the third quarter of 2023, the Books and Reference category on the Android platform in Malta showcased varied performance trends. According to Sensor Tower data, the top five apps experienced different patterns in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Wattpad - Read & Write Stories saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, peaking at around $86 in the last week of September. Downloads began at 350 in late June, rising to a high of 604 by the end of July before tapering off to 65 in the final week of the quarter.

YouVersion Bible App + Audio had a more stable performance in terms of downloads, starting at 292 in late June and gradually declining to 41 by the end of September. The app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Bible Offline-KJV Holy Bible experienced a significant spike in downloads at the beginning of July, reaching 348, but this number settled to around 59 by the end of the quarter. Revenue was minimal, with a brief peak of $8 in early September.

KJV Bible Now: Audio+Verse maintained a fairly consistent download rate, starting at 184 in mid-July and ending the quarter with 126 downloads. The app did not record any revenue during this period.

King James Bible - Verse+Audio saw its downloads decline from 194 at the end of June to just 24 by the end of September. Revenue was negligible, with only a couple of instances of $1 recorded in July.
